From the ABE membership agreement:

5. Subject to the provisions of the paragraph, Member may cancel membership at any time by so
notifying ABE in writing. In event of cancellation, ABE has 12 months from the date of notification to send
sufficient trade business to Member for ABE debits. In the event Member (i) refuses such business, (ii)
fails to perform the business sent by ABE in accordance with the terms of the contracted engagement or
(iii) otherwise makes it impractical to perform the business sent by ABE (for example, by moving out of the
barter area), then all ABE debits shall be immediately due and payable in U.S. dollars. If ABE is unable to
send sufficient trade business to Member in the 12-month period, trade debits are reduced to zero. In any
event, however that Member is in violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement, Member may not
cancel this Agreement and any cancellation notice previously sent by such Member shall no longer be
valid, and ABE shall be free to terminate Member in accordance with paragraph 6 below.

6. ABE may cancel membership at any time for cause upon breach of this Agreement including not
returning calls, refusing business and price gouging, or breach of the rules and regulations of ABE. In the
event of cancellation by ABE, Member shall have 12 months from the date of notification to spend positive
credit balances, and any debit balance shall be due and payable immediately in U.S. dollars.
