Managing Conflict
3 hour facilitator let interactive workshop on Reducing Conflict to Avoid Escalation. Attendees will engage in group problem discussions, participate in situational exercises to learn how to reduce tension in avoiding conflict, minimizing conflict by effective communications, responding to aggression and personal safety and protective measure and handling intruders and suspicious persons. Attendees: Reception/Front Desk Personnel, Security Officers and School Staff.
